From a very young age, Manuel would go to the coffee farms and watch his dad work. This, he points out, was the beginning of his passion for coffee. For Manuel, the decision to invest his life in coffee was based on the confidence he had of his knowledge of the production of coffee. The location of his farm, Finca La Concepcion, offers favorable weather and soil conditions for producing coffee. Manuel receives technical training and assistance from COMSA technicians, and he has been experimenting with other processing methods.
