Ramiro Pusil is the owner of specialty coffee farm, El Aguacate, located 1950 meters above sea level in Buesaco, Colombia. Don Ramiro has been working in coffee since he was young, helping his father at their family farm. Twenty years ago, he purchased his own plot of land, which is now El Aguacate. Don Ramiro is committed to continuously improving his coffee production. He likes to ferment his coffee for a day and a half, like his father taught him, and then patio dries at El Aguacate.
