How did you start in coffee/tea?
I got my first taste of the coffee industry in my first job as a barista at my hometown coffee shop in Sparta, NJ. After that, I spent 10 years working in corporate fashion in NYC but thankfully found my way back to the world of coffee & tea at Royal NY!
Favorite thing about the industry?
I love that the world of coffee & tea is everchanging - there is always something new to learn and a new coffee or tea to try!
If you had control of RNY radio for the day (…without risk of any criticism/comments) what would you choose?
