How did you start in coffee/tea?
Right here at Royal NY! I was recruited from my LinkedIn page based on my experience and knowledge in Importing and logistics.
Favorite thing about the industry?
I love imports and logistics. Since I started in the industry 10 years ago, I found it interesting to communicate with people all over the world and to move commodities from where they were produced to where they are needed or desired. The global supply chain is fascinating. I love the fact that a bag of coffee purchased in the USA has helped feed a family in a country across the globe and vice versa. Workers and communities are improved by the exchange of goods, services and money all across the world. I know I sound crazy.
If you had a superpower what would it be & why?
If I had a superpower it would be to heal people.
