New to our offering in 2025, this organic matcha comes to us from Matsushita Tea Garden of Kakegawa City, Shizuoka, Japan. This spring harvest is a cultivar blend of Saemidori and Tsuyuhikari. The flavor is bold umami and buttery, with a less pronounced maple-like sweetness.
