ABOUT
Delfín Orlando Ortiz is part of the FUDAM Association. His farm, La Belleza, is located in El Carmen, Nariño and is currently made up of 1.5 hectares of land under production with about 5,500 trees. Ortiz incorporates a 24 hour fermentation process followed by drying the beans in raised parabolic beds in order to produce the best results. He, along with other members of the FUDAM Association, provide high quality micro lots and continue to incorporate new and innovative ideas into their coffee processing in order to provide a unique and complex cup.
