Very pleasant to drink from the first cup to the last. Good body, structure, flavor and finish. Prominent green bean and floral notes, with hints of honey and tobacco.
Origin: Qian Jia Zhai, Pu'er Prefecture, Yunnan Province, China
Brewing Suggestions: Use a Gaiwan. Heat water to boiling (212F/100C). 10g of tea per 6oz of water. Rinse tea before first steep. First steep for 10-20 seconds. Add 5-10 seconds for each additional steep.
