What is a virtual tea inventory manager?
If you’ve ever worried about how many pounds you’re going through or how much you’ll need to cover a certain timeframe, then you’re in the right place! RNY Leaf Logic™ is your virtual tea inventory manager and projection tool.
Leaf Logic will show your burn rate, or usage, of your recently purchased teas to help you determine when you may run out of inventory.
How to Use Leaf Logic
You can access RNY Leaf Logic™ from your My Account page! Use the header icon to access your account, navigate to the Tea tab, and select Leaf Logic. Here you will see any teas you’ve previously purchased.
To get started, choose your burn rate for a specific tea: 3, 6, or 12 months. Add how much inventory you have of that particular tea at your location. Then, choose what date you’re trying to reach. Watch as everything is calculated! Leaf Logic will determine when your inventory will likely be depleted or if your inventory is sufficient. Based on your selected burn rate, this tool will also suggest how much tea you need to get to your specified date.
If a tea has spot inventory available, you can easily add it to your order from RNY Leaf Logic™. However, if spot inventory is unavailable or you’re viewing a custom blend, reach out to your trader to determine your next steps.
