Changes to Royal New York’s NJ Warehouse Cutoff Times

Hello to All Royal New York Customers,

I hope the summer has started off in a good way for everyone, and I appreciate you taking a minute to read an important update to our shipping policy. For many years, Royal New York has maintained a 3PM cutoff for our New Jersey orders, and we remain committed to that goal to accommodate those orders whenever possible. However, we now need to add an important provision to that policy.

Our New Jersey warehouses have experienced an increased volume of inbound containers over the last few months. While we’re excited about increasing our available inventory, our primary goal continues to be to provide the best service to our customers as possible, while maintaining a safe & secure environment for our staff. Under the current conditions, we have needed to shorten the 3PM NJ order deadline to as early as 12:00PM on certain days and thus schedule shipments to ship on the 2nd Day from when the order is received by us.

Many of you have already experienced these earlier order cutoff times, and because they have become more frequent, I wanted to communicate this policy update proactively.

So, in simple terms, we maintain the goal of accepting outbound orders to the 3PM deadline out of NJ, with the provision that on a daily basis, we may have to adjust the cutoff time to a much earlier time without advance notice.

We appreciate your understanding as we implement this policy. These measures allow us to continue providing the highest level of service possible while ensuring the safety of our warehouse staff and keeping our customers informed.
