This herbal blend is reminiscent of your favorite fall dessert, with warming notes of ginger and cinnamon over a bed of honeybush. pumpkin spice tea latte

Ingredients

For the latte:

6g Pumpkin Spice Puer
70g water at 195°F
Dairy or plant-based milk of choice (We recommend using oat or almond milk for a complementary flavor profile.)
Ice

For the cold foam:

2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
1½ tsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)
1 tsp granulated sugar, optional

Directions

1. Steep Pumpkin Spice Puer for 4–5 minutes in 70g of water. Once brewed, remove tea leaves with a strainer.
2. In a glass full of ice, add your steeped tea and your milk of choice (to taste). If you prefer, you can add in some sweetener! We recommend adding brown sugar or unflavored simple syrup.
3. To make the cold foam, use an electric whisk or blender to mix heavy whipping cream, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar in a separate vessel. Your cold foam is ready when it’s just shy of a whipped cream consistency.
4. Top off your latte with the cold foam, dust with cinnamon, and serve!
