How did you start in coffee/tea?
Working at Royal has been my first experience within the coffee industry. My father as been in the business for many years, and my brother recently joined as well. So, after hearing about it all the time, my interest in becoming involved was natural!

Favorite thing about the industry?
My favorite aspect of the coffee industry is seeing how passionate so many of the people are about coffee and having a part in the bean-to-cup journey.

If you had control of RNY radio for the day (…without risk of any criticism/comments) what would you choose?
If I could control the music in the office for a day, I’d play anything on the more laid-back, mellow side, such as classic/soft rock, acoustic, classical, etc.
