This wet hulled lot comes to us from a group of 325 small farms averaging just 1-3 hectares in size. These specialty coffee farms are located 1200 -1500 meters above sea level in the Lake Toba region of Sumatra. The specialty coffee farmers joined together 5 years ago to produce this lot in an effort to improve the overall quality of their specialty coffee.
