Organic Peru COOPAFSI "Elsi Ocana" FT -Micro Lot (GP)

Elsi Ocana is a female coffee producer with a long history in coffee. Her father, Mr. José Leopoldo Ocaña Peña, was a founding producer/member of the Cooperative and taught his children how to produce high scoring specialty coffee. After her father passed away, Elsi was able to become a member of COOPAFSI thanks to a piece of land that her mother donated to her. Elsi is happy to be a coffee producer and she wants you to know that her coffee is harvested with great care. She gives the proper amount of time and effort to pulping, fermenting and drying (in beautiful solar tents thanks to the support of Royal New York and our great customers). She is proud to belong to the Frontera San Ignacio Cooperative, where she receives technical advice to produce good quality coffee. Because of the value they give them as women, she is able to significantly contribute to improving her standard of living and her entire family's wellbeing.
