About The Source

This Ethiopian Sidamo is sourced from various family-owned farms around the Watadara Cooperarive, which is found in the Dara district of the Sidama region. The Watadara Cooperative joined the Sidamo Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative Union (SCFCU) in 2001 to better maintain a regular coffee supply from cooperatives in the sidamo region. The SCFCU supports forty-six cooperatives with more than eighty thousand farmer-members. This coffee has a light, tea-like body and scores highly in acidity and sweetness.
