Nembure Farmers Cooperative is a group of 1500 small specialty coffee producers in Embu County, Kenya. These specialty coffee farms are located 1720 meters above sea level in Embu with a clear view of the Mt Kenya peaks. Members of the cooperative have farms that average in size of 3 acres per farmer.

The cooperative is managed by an elected board of directors and the day to day operations are run by a factory manager. The manager is responsible for member registration, record keeping and processing of the cherries after they are delivered to the factory.
