The coffee produced at this farm is transferred to another farm, Finca Capetillo, where it is processed with the highest quality standards. This coffee follows traditional wet milling and it delivers a clean and bright cup. APCA is a Spanish acronym that stands for “genuine Antigua coffee producers association.”
