Santa Catalina is a farm owned by producer Pedro Echeverria. This farm is near the Acatenango Volcano and it is about 95 hectares, 70 of which are designated to coffee plantation and the remaining 25 are a forest reserve. The coffee produced at this farm is transferred to another farm, Finca Capetillo, where it is processed with the highest quality standards. APCA is a spanish acronym that stands for “genuine Antigua coffee producers association”.
