In 2013, the Arrieta family decided to process their coffees from their three farms: Fidel, La Casa and Zapote. Owners Oldemar Arrieta and Marlene Morera. are husband and wife and still manage the mill today with their two sons Francisco and Oldemar. The mill's name "Vista al Valle" translates to "View of the Valley and is is located in Lourdes which is in the Naranjo area of the West Valley.
