Costa Rica Tarrazu Asoproaaa Black Honey (GP)

ASOPROAAA is a collective of farmers dedicated to helping the region’s coffee industry grow and prosper through technology, industrial-processes, marketing, and production management. They are advocates of an integrated support team of farmers and intend to serve as a bridge between the producer and the customer. Coops like Asoproaaa make it possible for many special microlot coffees to exist in the market today through the services in which they provide. Through providing a milling and processing service to farmers who are unable to themselves, ASOPROAAA helps stabilize and sustain the areas agricultural economy.
