This lot comes to us from Trujillo, a town in the department of Valle del Cauca. The specialty coffee here is grown 1300 to 2000 meters above sea level. All processing for this thoroughly washed coffee was done small farm with an average size of 3 hectares and usually tender by family members. Coffee is sun-dried on patios allowing for a slower process that develops a delicate and balanced cup profile.
