Libardo Urbano is part of the Alianza Cafe Association, located in San Miguel, Narino. His farm, Los Pinos, currently has 2 hectares under production and he has about 6,000 trees. Urbano incorporates an 18 hour fermentation process in his wet mill followed by drying the beans in raised parabolic beds. He, along with other members of Alianza Cafe Associaton, provide high quality micro lots and continue to incorporate new and innovative ideas into their coffee processing in order to provide a unique and complex cup.
