Jose Patrocinio Nañez is part of the FUDAM Association. Located in Colon de Genova, Narino, his farm, El Angosto, currently has 3 hectares under production and consists of about 14,000 trees. Jose incorporates an 18 hour fermentation process followed by drying the beans in raised parabolic beds in order to produce the best results. He, along with other members of the FUDAM Associaton, provide high quality micro lots and continue to incorporate new and innovative ideas into their coffee processing in order to provide a unique and complex cup.
