ABOUT
Esperanza Cabrera is part of the Alianza Cafe Association. Located in Pajajoy, Nariño, her farm, Buena Vista, currently has 1.5 hectares under production and she has about 6,000 trees. Cabrera incorporates a 24 hour fermentation process in her wet mill before drying the beans on parabolic beds. She, along with other members of Alianza Cafe Associaton, provide high quality micro lots and continue to incorporate new and innovative ideas into their coffee processing in order to provide a unique and complex cup.
