ABOUT
Enoc Botina is part of the FUDAM Association. His farm, Guayacan, is located in Colon de Genova, Nariño and currently consists of 0.5 hectares under production and consists of about 1,000 trees. Botina incorporates a 48 hour fermentation process followed by sun drying the beans on patios in order to produce the best results. He, along with other members of the FUDAM Association, provide high quality micro lots and continue to incorporate new and innovative ideas into their coffee processing in order to provide a unique and complex cup.
