Alfonso Guerrero is part of the Alianza Cafe Association, located in Aponte, Narino. His farm, Guayacan, currently has 3.5 hectares under production and he has about 14,000 trees. Guerrero incorporates a unique honey process followed by drying the beans in raised parabolic beds in order to produce the best results. He, along with other members of Alianza Cafe Associaton, provide high quality micro lots and continue to incorporate new and innovative ideas into their coffee processing in order to provide a unique and complex cup.
