Located in the coffee-growing region of Tolima, Colombia, San Pedro has been owned by Milton Monroy for over 16 years. Coming from four generations of coffee growers, Milton knew how to get his farm up and running, even though the land originally had just a few coffee trees. His skills as an industrial engineer have given him an understanding of how to manage his farm and help it grow. To Milton, quality is key. Just like his parents, he dedicates himself every day to improve each process, hoping to one day have San Pedro be at the forefront of coffee growing in Tolima.
