Villa Diana is a 25 hectare specialty coffee farm located in Palermo, Colombia.  Villa Diana is named after farm owner Didier Fierro’s wife, Diana.  Didier and Diana have owned Villa Diana for 15 years.  They are proudly committed to sustainability at Villa Diana, all energy consumption on the farm is supported by their own solar structure. 

This washed Geisha was fully processed at Villa Diana.  After 12 hours in cherry to get oxidation, the cherry was depulped and then rested for 24 hours for fermentation.  Finally, it was spread on raised beds and dried for 20 days.
