Calling all blenders and brewers! We’re making some of the teas we use in our house blends available for purchase! Like our Japanese Sencha, this Chinese variety has a vegetal profile, but is overall milder. This makes it a budget friendly option for creating blends (like our Tropical Green), or using as a base for brewing kombucha, beer, and liquor. We think this tea blends best with fruit and citrus, ginger, and mint!
