This washed lot comes to us from the Uraga washing station in the Guji zone of the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. Hundreds of regional smallholder farmers deliver ripe cherries to the washing station for processing, and each farmer averages 2 hectares of land for cultivation. During the height of harvest, Uraga can accommodate up to 200 raised beds completely full of drying coffee.
