This honey processed lot comes to us from producer Aida Milen Chasoy of Aponte, Nariño. A 29-year-old coffee producer, Aida works tirelessly on her family’s 1-hectare farm, Salado Iaku. The farm sits at approximately 1845masl and has 3000 coffee trees.
Aida works side-by-side with her parents, preserving the traditions of the land while building a future for her child as a single mother. The connection to her farm and community runs deep, and each harvest reflects both her heritage and her hopes for the next generation.
