About The Source

This coffee was harvested from a 450-acre farm located in Manjarabad in southwest India. The farm was originally founded by the British and is now over 120 years old. The farmers work extremely hard to produce high quality coffee with a unique taste. After washing, the beans undergo an extensive fermentation process followed by tray and mechanical drying to produce the best results for their customers. The resulting cup is very complex, with a very low acidity with a rich creamy body and distinct cocoa finish.
