This is full day intensive sensory analysis and coffee grading class. We will be run through some of the exercises that are tested on in the Q, including cupping different origins and using the SCA Form, Triangulations, Roast Identification, Organic Acids Identification, and practice using the Le Nez du Cafe kit. It’s a great opportunity to see how confident you feel in your cupping skills, and excellent palate development for those just wanting to improve their cupping skills!
