Colombia Cauca - Inza - Maria Casso (GP)

This lot comes to us from María Casso of El Naranjo farm in Belén village of Inzá, Cauca, where she has built her path in coffee growing. From a young age, María was surrounded by coffee growing, which lead her to become involved in the industry early in life. She began working her own coffee plot a few years ago, and she now manages it with dedication and commitment.

María has found specialty coffee to be an opportunity for both economic and personal growth, viewing this work as a way to improve her life and her future. Being a coffee farmer is also a way for María honor her heritage, and she hopes to pass on her knowledge and love of coffee to her children.
