This natural lot comes to us from Shyira Coffee Washing Station in the Nyabihu District in northern Rwanda. Shyira works with smallholder farmers who cultivate coffee at elevations ranging from 1,850 to 2,300masl. These high altitudes, paired with cool temperatures and persistent mountain winds, create ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation and exceptionally long, controlled drying.
