At Royal New York, one the goals for our new site is to provide you with an upgraded e-commerce experience. But what does that mean? Well, it means that you can now shop for and check out with coffee, tea, and classes from The Lab in one combined shopping cart! Our new all-in-one e-commerce platform allows you to enjoy a seamless checkout process. Keep reading to learn all about our improved ordering system!

Why did the checkout process change?
Streamlining our online ordering is a long-awaited and exciting enhancement to our previous checkout process! Although we have three brands, it’s important for us to bring coffee, tea, and The Lab together for a unified, RNY-experience. Instead of placing multiple orders, you can check out with offerings from all of our brands at once.
We broke down our new checkout process step-by-step so you can see just how much we improved your e-commerce shopping experience.
RNY’s New E-Commerce Checkout Process
Step 1: Add to Cart
If you’re logged into your account, use the header quick links to find our offerings pages and add products to your cart! Shop for different combinations of coffee, tea, 22 lb. boxes & classes; make sure to only add coffee from one warehouse and that your tea order is at least $250.
Every time you add a product to your order, your shopping cart will pop onto your screen! Your cart will break up your products by category so you can easily keep track of your items. If you need to make changes to your order shopping, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right-hand side of the website header to adjust product quantities.
Ready to complete your order? Hit the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button at the bottom of your shopping cart and move on to the next step in the checkout process.
Step 2: Proceed to Checkout
Shipping
Worried about one order meaning one shipping address? Don’t be! If you have to ship green coffee, tea, and 22lb. boxes to different places, simply check the box ‘Ship to multiple addresses’ to make sure your order goes where it needs to go.
To change brands, scroll to the bottom and use the buttons to toggle between shipping addresses. If you’ve ordered from us before, your address(es) will be saved to your account.
Once you’ve entered your address, you’ll see all of the shipping options available for your order.
Coffee: You can use the same trucker as your previous order or ask us to find you a new one. Keep in mind that you’ll have to reach out to the trucking company after your order is placed to arrange payment for the freight charges. If you have any accommodations required for your delivery, such as a liftgate, then make sure to add those to your order notes. Each carrier has a list of accessorials they can provide at an additional cost, and these can be included in your rate quote. Alternatively, if you’re located near one of our warehouses, you’ll also have the option to pick up your order! Make sure to choose your preferred Outbound Shipment Date before continuing. If you need to change your shipping address for full bags of coffee, you will need to contact your trader.
Royal NY Line Up: All 22lb. boxes ship free via UPS Ground! No further action is required.
Tea: UPS Ground shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process. If you prefer, you can now put in your own UPS account number to see if you have better rates! Tea also offers order pickup if your address is located close to our NJ warehouse.
Payment
As with shipping, your billing address(es) will be saved from your previous order. When you order online, we are happy to provide a variety of payment options. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Additionally, we now offer Credit Key for coffee orders as a ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ option for those that are approved!
After you select your payment method, all you have to do is hit the button and place your order!
Step 3: Place Your Order
