However, we also know that you may be looking for something specific that you don’t see on our offerings sheet. Our goal this year is to improve our ordering process by factoring in what you’re looking for in a micro lot. After an unusually snowy winter here in the Northeast, we’re excited to embrace the upcoming warm weather. Summer is about to begin here, but harvest season is already underway in Nariño, Colombia! Although fresh arrivals are still months away, now is the time to start the conversation with your trader. We’re planning to order soon, and we’d like to gauge your interest in adding these micro lots to your menu.
