ABOUT

The Kurget Farmers Cooperative brought together 90 small holder specialty coffee farmers from Kabartonjo, Baringo County in western Kenya to produce this lot. Since this area does not have their own wet mill, the farmers manage this on their own. The cherry is hand sorted, processed using hand pulpers and then dried for 14 days at the farm. Once processed, the parchment is then aggregated for milling and export.
