Monica Andrea Gomez is part of the FUDAM Association. His farm, Guayacan, is located in La Chorrera, Nariño and currently consists of 1.5 hectares under production and consists of about 5,000 trees. Gomez incorporates a 18 hour fermentation process followed by drying the beans on raised parabolic beds in order to produce the best results. She, along with other members of the FUDAM Association, provide high quality micro lots and continue to incorporate new and innovative ideas into their coffee processing in order to provide a unique and complex cup.
