This lot comes to us from Edinson Sancho of Finca Santa Maria in Pedregal, Inzá. At 38 years old, Edinson has found in coffee not just his livelihood, but his greatest passion. Alongside his wife, Yeimi Medina—who has also built her life around coffee—he has turned their farm into a space for experimentation, learning, and family.

Focused on specialty coffee, Edinson is always striving for excellence in every cup. On his farm, Edinson works with different varieties, testing and refining each practice, convinced that innovation is the key to adding value to his production and creating opportunities in the market.

Edinson's love for the land goes beyond coffee: he shares his farm with a variety of animals and has diversified his production through planting plantain, cassava, and fruit trees, contributing to the biodiversity and sustainability of his environment. Additionally, Edinson is actively involved in community and productivity initiatives. He's part of the Chiroso nursery projects, the reforestation program, and the pruning demo plots, all spaces that strengthen his knowledge and allow him to share experiences with other producers.
