Barista Fundamentals will focus on making you a well-rounded Barista. We will cover:

• Coffee Origins, Varieties, Processing Styles
• Espresso Mechanics and Extraction
• Milk Steaming and Latte Art
• Drink Building and Construction
• Equipment Maintenance

Students will spend ample amount time at their own espresso machine pulling shots, steaming milk, and building drinks to develop and hone the skills necessary to be an all-star barista!
