The holidays are fast approaching, and we know it’s important to receive your orders when you need them. To guide your tea and coffee shipping plans, we’d like to alert you to upcoming closures that may affect when you place your orders.
Coffee & Tea Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Now that the holiday season is approaching, it’s especially important to remember that all RNY warehouses have different order cutoff times. To ensure you receive your shipments on time, please keep in mind that in order to qualify for next-day shipping, you must place your coffee orders by the below times:
NJ Warehouse — 3PM EST
FL Warehouse — 12PM Noon EST
WI Warehouse — 1PM EST (12PM Noon CST)
Since tea is a filled-to-order product, we do have an estimated lead time of 4–5 business days for shipments. While our turnaround is typically quite fast, we recommend you take this lead time into account when planning your tea orders.
We’ve done our best to estimate the below deadlines based on standard carrier demand & UPS shipping windows. As there is always the potential for higher than typical order volume and carrier/weather-related delays, we recommend you place your orders as soon as possible to guarantee delivery before the holidays.
To receive your coffee order(s) before Christmas day: order by Thursday, 12/18. *Based on standard carrier shipment times*
To receive your tea order(s) before Christmas day: order by Friday, 12/12. *Based on standard UPS shipment windows*
