If you have not already, please print out and complete a credit application to enable us to expedite your new order and get to know you better. Any information that you may require from us will be gladly provided.

Your purchase implies that you understand and agree to the following terms:

• Buying coffee INSTORE or SPOT means our coffee is fully released and can be shipped to you. All orders must be placed the day prior to shipping. For sales under 50 bags you will usually only get an invoice. For shipment coffee you will get a confirmation and an invoice.
• Buying SHIPMENT coffee is an alternative way to order. As you may know, many coffees are not always available on the spot. To assure that your supply will fall in-line with your demand, buying future arrivals is very appealing. We will provide you with a sale confirmation to verify your purchase for future delivery. On the day your coffee becomes INSTORE or SPOT, we will invoice it. Please note that billing is from date of availability, not shipment or arrival at your location.
• First time orders are sold on a net cash basis. Specifically, payment must be by cashier’s check or by telegraphic transfer in advance of shipment.
• All sales are made to your F.O.B. warehouse which means the freight charges will be paid by you upon arrival of your coffee (i.e. “Freight Collect”).
• All of our sales are bound by and made in accordance with the bylaws of the Specialty Coffee Association of America.
• We have discounts with several trucking lines that we can suggest to you, however the choice is ultimately left to you. We verify every order with your trucker to ensure that your order has been shipped.
• In the trucking industry, green coffee is coded as CLASS 55. You must check your freight bill to verify the correct code as it can impact your billing.
• Always check that your “Ship to:” address is accurate and provide any other information that Royal Coffee NY would require to send your order properly. Returned shipments are subject to freight and / or restocking charges.
